Administrative formalities

All passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. All travelers must be provided with their corresponding documentation for border crossing. Otherwise, the company declines all responsibility for the expenses that may result from the breach of this rule.

Passengers with non-EEC nationality should consult the corresponding Embassy.


Fares and Reductions

Depending on the destinations, there are reduced fares for young people up to 26 years old, over 60s and children. The customer who purchases a ticket with a reduced rate must be in possession of the documentation that justifies the reduction and that may be required at any time during the trip.


Rates “Promotion”

In certain destinations and depending on the route you can benefit from considerably reduced round-trip fares.

Cancellation and Refunds

The refund of the amount of a ticket will be made by discounting the following cancellation fees:

  • – 25% of the amount of the ticket, if the cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before departure.
  • – 50% of the amount of the ticket, if the cancellation occurs between 48 hours and 2 hours before departure.
  • – With less than 2 hours prior to the departure of the bus, no refund will be made

Cancellation of a trip (in case of round trip tickets). For the reimbursement of a trip, the amount to be reimbursed will be the round trip fare, minus the one-way fare and less the corresponding cancellation fees.

Reimbursement of tickets issued by foreign participants. Tickets issued by foreign participants must be reimbursed at the issuing office.


Lost or stolen tickets

Any lost, stolen or manipulated ticket cannot be refunded or replaced by another.



The luggage must be properly labeled with the passenger’s name in order to facilitate the control tasks that can be carried out by customs, police, etc. The Company is only responsible for the luggage transported in the coach luggage compartments. Hand luggage shall be transported solely at the passenger’s risks.

As a general rule, on international lines, the customer can transport 2 normal-sized suitcases free of charge. Additional luggage is transported, by payment, if there is availability in the coach luggage department. Exceptionally, and for certain lines, there are special conditions for the transport of luggage, which are indicated in each case.

The transport of bicycles and animals is not allowed.
